About the Role
The Organisation and Methods Analyst is responsible for analysing, coordinating, and improving operational and commercial information flows across HUBBED’s parcel and retail operations.
This role focuses on managing operational and commercial data, standardising processes, supporting system improvements, analysing network and sales performance, and providing data-driven insights to management. The position plays an important role in improving operational efficiency, service delivery, network performance, and organisational decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operational Information Management:
- Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve information management practices and reporting accuracy.
- Manage and maintain operational datasets, reporting tools, and information systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across operational platforms.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
- Analyse operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow improvements.
- Monitor implemented changes and recommend further optimisation opportunities.
Reporting & Operational Analysis:
- Produce operational reports, dashboards, and management insights.
- Analyse performance trends, service metrics, and operational exceptions.
- Support operational planning through analysis of historical trends and resource requirements.
Cross-Site Coordination & Standardisation:
- Support the standardisation of operational procedures across the HUBBED network.
- Coordinate process rollouts, documentation updates, and training materials.
- Work with operational stakeholders to ensure consistent application of procedures.
Systems & Project Support:
- Support operational systems, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with automation, system upgrades, and business improvement projects.
- Document business requirements, system changes, and operational impacts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Technology, and Support teams.
- Communicate reporting outcomes, operational updates, and process changes.
- Provide information and reporting support to stakeholders as required.
Sales & Network Performance Analysis:
- Analyse sales, onboarding, and network performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor lead activity, conversion rates, activation timelines, and network growth metrics.
- Evaluate market coverage and location performance to support network expansion decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support commercial and operational decision-making.
- Produce data-driven recommendations to support growth, partner performance, and network effectiveness.
- Support prospective agent partner assessments through data analysis, location research, and market intelligence.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualification:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in business/organization management, or in other relevant areas.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of post-degree experience in relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in operations coordination, information analysis, business support, or organisational improvement roles.
- Strong ability to collect, manage, analyse, and interpret operational and commercial data.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and management reporting.
- Proven experience in process documentation, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders, departments, and operational environments.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with data, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support organisational change initiatives.
- Experience in logistics, network management, e-commerce, supply chain, retail operations, or last-mile delivery environments is highly regarded.
