About the Role:
An opportunity exists for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to support the continuous improvement of healthcare logistics operations across domestic and international supply chains. The position is responsible for analysing operational performance, identifying workflow improvements, evaluating supply chain processes, and supporting initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
Working closely with operations, customer service, quality, project management and international logistics teams, the successful candidate will analyse complex supply chain data, recommend process improvements and contribute to maintaining the high operational standards required within a highly regulated healthcare logistics environment.
The role is based at the Sydney office. Structured training and ongoing professional development will be provided to support continued technical and operational growth.
 
 
Place of Work:
You will normally be required to work from the Sydney office at Unit 4, 26–34 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018. You may also be required to work at other Australian locations and/or outside Australia on a temporary basis. Any relocation requirements will be discussed with you if they arise.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Analysis and Performance Improvement:
  • Analyse end-to-end healthcare logistics workflows to identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Review operational performance data, shipment trends and key performance indicators to support informed business decisions.
  • Evaluate supply chain processes supporting time-critical, temperature-controlled and specialised healthcare logistics services.
  • Develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency, resource utilisation, shipment visibility and customer service outcomes.
  • Prepare analytical reports and presentations outlining findings, risks and proposed improvement initiatives.
 
Business Process Improvement and Operational Support:
  • Analyse existing operational procedures, business systems and workflow processes to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Assist with implementing approved process improvements and monitoring operational outcomes.
  • Support business improvement projects relating to logistics operations, customer experience and service delivery.
  • Participate in reviewing standard operating procedures and operational documentation.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend further enhancements where appropriate.
 
Stakeholder Collaboration and Supply Chain Coordination:
  • Liaise with operations, customer service, quality assurance, project management and international teams to support integrated supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify operational challenges and develop practical business solutions.
  • Assist with coordinating process improvement initiatives across multiple functional areas.
  • Provide analytical support for new operational initiatives, system enhancements and customer implementation projects.
  • Contribute to maintaining effective communication across domestic and global healthcare logistics operations.
 
Compliance, Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
  • Support compliance with company policies, quality management systems and applicable healthcare logistics standards.
  • Analyse operational risks and recommend process controls that strengthen compliance and service reliability.
  • Assist with maintaining operational reports, business documentation and performance records.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain resilience, operational capability and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous learning and operational excellence.
 

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Commerce or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum one (1) year of relevant full-time experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, business process improvement or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience analysing operational data and preparing business reports and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and process evaluation skills.
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Experience with ERP, logistics or supply chain management systems will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced operational environment.
